The best time to follow the daily routine is after
a shower or bath. This should be done every
day in the morning or at night or both. Let
your body be your guide.

1. Cleanse |
Cleansing
is essential as it removes old make-up and grease
that have been accumulated during the day. It
will also open up the pores to make them more
receptive to serums and creams.
Follow these instructions for effective
cleansing:

the palm of one hand and dab it generously
over the nose, chin, forehead and cheeks—using
two fingers of the other hand. |

2. Tone and refresh |
Toning
routine is needed to freshen and energize the
skin. It also restores the acid/ alkali balance
of the skin.
Follow these instructions for effective
toning:

a pad of cotton wool |

4. Nourish. |
The
cream not only replaces the water lost from
the skin but also prevents its loss to the surroundings.
It protects the skin against the drying influences
of the environment such as the effects of the
sun, cold and heat. A cream is particularly
helpful for dry skins. Oil free creams can
be used for oily skins.
The cream you select should
suit your skin type. For normal skins, a water-based
cream containing a little oil is suitable.
Sensitive skins and dry skins need creams
that have high oil content.

functions: mud masks absorb oil, hydrating masks
nourish dry skin and perfecting masks replenish
dull skin.

mask evenly over your skin. Avoid eye area
