All unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 2 weeks of purchase. Please ship them along with a copy of your invoice to:

We can not accept any opened products for refunds. Our products have been thoroughly tested for allergens in state-of-the-art laboratories and they usually do not cause any adverse reaction. However, if you feel that you might have a high sensitivity to skincare products, please request a sample of the product that you are purchasing while placing your order. Use the sample for several days instead of the actual product and if you feel that the product does not agree with you, please return an unopened jar to us for a full refund.
